The shipping estimates provided on this page are estimates, and rates may fluctuate, but we have done our best to give an accurate forecast of the average shipping costs for our project.

How much of the game is currently completed? When can we expect delivery? Will Stretch Goals impact the delivery dates?
Core development has been completed and our possible stretch goals are focused around additions that won’t throw the production timeline into chaos. Our main focus now is playtesting and polishing to ensure that our game is of the highest quality- you can help by joining our Discord!
We currently expect to fulfill our Rove pledges by May 2025. While there can be unexpected delays, we have planned diligently to avoid as many possible disruptions to our timeline.

What is the Expansion Box? Why should I purchase this?
The Expansion Box offers players new ways to explore the world of Rove with a total of 10 new Rover classes- 5 Prime Rovers and 5 Apex Rovers. These are alternative evolutions to the base classes included in the Core Box, which will now offer branching paths of progression to players as they play through the campaign.
Additionally, two full new Quest Chains will be included in the Expansion Box, allowing players to explore their new Prime and Apex options when facing a new set of threat of dire threats in Chorus.

Are there miniatures included in the core box? Are there boss miniatures available?
To keep our Core Box as affordable as possible, we are only including cardboard standees to represent our player classes and adversaries. If you are interested in miniatures, we offer a set of Twenty-Six Miniatures as a standalone addon purchase for $40, which includes injection-molded plastic miniatures to represent all of the Rover Classes available in the Core and Expansion Boxes.
While our video does show The Ahma, one of the first bosses that players will encounter, we have decided not to include any boss miniatures at launch as some of them would not be very “miniature” and would significantly drive up the cost of production along with our development and tooling time.

What is the target age for Rove? Is it appropriate to play with my children?
The target age for Rove is ages 14+. There are some themes of violence and trauma present in the story. There is no drug use, profanity, or adult (sexual) themes present in the game.

Total time to complete the Rove Core campaign? Will the game offer a different experience when replayed for a second time?
Each playthrough of the Core Box of Rove taxes roughly 60 hours to complete. This accounts for roughly 3/5ths of the total content in the box, as the Choice & Consequence system will lead you down alternative paths depending on your decisions during the game. Yes, the play experience will be different if you decide to play through Rove a second time.

Can I sleeve my cards?
The exact number of cards isn’t determined yet, but information regarding the sizing and quantity of cards will be made available prior to fulfillment. Additionally, we have designed our tuckboxes to allow for both unsleeved and sleeved storage without issue.

What if my product arrives incomplete or damaged? How are replacements handled?
In the unlikely event that your product arrives incomplete with missing components due to manufacturing error, please notify us so that we can send replacement parts at no additional cost. If the physical box is damaged in transit, we will not issue a replacement, but a claim can be opened with the courier service that delivered the package.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
